Recording software

Hello there. I'm using Fraps for recordong but it lag so much every 5 minutes. I'm also using optifine at the lowest setting but still.

Anyone know what to do or know other sruff which is good for recording?

Ugh i bought an external hard drive and record onto that. solved my lag, but i cant promise anything.

Use Bandicam.

I use Screenflow, it's pretty neat.
