Questions about Platinum Donnor

I bought the platinum but: First, i dont recieve 25.000 MCGamer Hub Credits, and second, Can i reset stats with platinum? Whats the comand? Look at here, it says it http://gyazo.com/e4f946ba670b8ed459479c4c27c27ab1

When did you buy your Platinum Donor? It can take up to 24 hours to process it. Try /upgrade in the hub, if nothing pops out and it has already been 24 hours, I would suggest emailing MCGamer ([email protected]) or tell a Sr. Moderator on the forums with proof of your purchase if /upgrade did not work and 24 hours has passed.
