Numbers Higher than 12?

Playing on Thursday don't remember what server. Usually everyone has a district number of 12 or lower but in my game, people had like 1500 or 850. Just kind of annoying bug.

Those are not the districts, that's the actual player score that has just been added I think.
Or are you actually refering to district numbers? ^^

I mean the number to the left of the name when they talk. Its just like really high. Instead of twelve its 1200. While still alive.
