Never got my rank (Paid for). ~Staff please read.

Yesterday I purchased Lifetime Gold for a friend (xSolrFlare)- The payment has taken my money, and it shows I have purchased it in my paypal account. However when my friend logged onto the server this morning, we were shocked to see that he didn't have his rank; in any way. No permissions, no colour, no rank at all.

Please tell me why this is?

Yo! If you're having problems with a purchased donator rank just email [email protected] with proof of your purchase and they should be able to help you out
