mod ban times

i am currently watching thatonetomahawks mod guide video he said find out how long to ban some one so can you please tell me how long for these
Hacking (how long?)
spamming (how long?)
swearing (how long ?)

From what I've seen - Might be inaccurate.
Hacking - First time, 7 days. Second time, 2 weeks, 3rd time, perm?
Spamming - Kick/1-hour tempban?
Swearing - There's a swear filter (I think?) and if you avoid that swear filter (Ex: inserting a * instead of one of the letters), its a 1-hour tempban or kick.

I think second time is perm ban.
