That... is a really good idea. xD

It's something I do, too. I use both of my extra mouse buttons for MCSG (and Minecraft in general, really.) One of them is push to talk for TS, as I tend to have a noisy background, what with my barking noisy puppy and brother yelling 5 feet from me... The other I use for optifine zoom, which I use almost all the time and can't live without. :p

Regardless - any keybind that can give you an unfair advantage isn't allowed, just like modified clients. Optifine zoom and push to talk are perfectly fine, as both of these are allowed normally and it's not really an "unfair advantage" to be able to do them with my right hand instead of my left. :p

What i mean is that one click on the mouse = 1 tap on the "w" button, so you can sprint almost uninterrupted.

I'm not exactly sure how that works...but regardless, if you can sprint unnaturally, it's probably not allowed. Uninterrupted sprint doesn't sound like it's "fair" exactly.

Long story short - The use of macro's/keybinds/hotkeys is allowed, provided you use them fairly, and don't use them to spam or anything of the sort. Understand that anything that'd give an unfair advantage wouldn't be allowed. Just as an example, running a command that gives you items by hitting one key (if one such command existed) while running from someone in game would be "unfair", as you didn't have to stop and type the command, risking your life against the chaser, like most people would have to.
