Item Frames

Hey everybody. I'm not sure if there are any other threads about this, but if there are I apologize in advance. Anyway, I am wondering if taking items from an item frame is allowed. I know it wasn't allowed earlier, but now all you have to do is left click on the frame and the item will pop out. Is this allowed?

I don't think so, I believe it is block glitching and block glitching is against the rules. I'm on 100% sure on this though.

I was told by someone that a mod said it wasnt considered block glitching anymore but I would still play it safe and not do it.
