Please help every time take that says pre-game and that has open spots when I join its in the middle of the game please help me

"PRE-GAME" is when the game in "Countdown" mode. Try joining a game which has "LOBBY" or "RESTARTING"

I joined one that said lobby and it was in the middle of a game

Join a server in Live-Game. Wait for the game to finish (after deathmatch). The server will restart, and you will need to join in again as fast as possible before other people join it, otherwise the server will fill up and run out of slots.

Are you sure that you joined the game and it was already in progress? If it says lobby, it should be in the lobby...
