okay so im really new at this minecraft thing but how do i actually connect to a server and play the dang game????

Our Minecraft servers are offline but we will keep this forum online for any community communication. Site permissions for posting could change at a later date but will remain online.
how to play?

Assuming that you have have not brought the game yet (you may have, but this is just in-case);
1. Go to http://minecraft.net/store and purchase Minecraft and create your account.
2. Download the launcher from the website and when you have the launcher log-in with your account details and it will install the game.
3. Go to the "Multiplayer" tab and click "direct connect" - then insert either of those IP's stated about by JustAce_ according to your closest region.
4. It should connect you in-game to the server. To player the Survival Games simply scroll over to highlight the compass in your inventory hotbar, and right-click whilst holding it. Then left-click the sword with your mouse.
5. You'll be taken to a room full of signs, you'll have to read them and find any that state that they are in "lobby". Once you have found one right-click it and it'll take you to that specific match.
6. You'll then wait until the match begins and be pit against other players to fight to be the sole survivor.
A quicker way to find and connect to servers is to start from step 3, but instead of going to those IPs, use a direct IP from the server list we have on our website (at the top of this forum named "Servers") and copy any that deem that they are in "lobby", this will take you straight to that particular lobby.
