Help! Greifer and abuse!

A server freind named connicron is threatning people and telling them if they dont let him have his way he will nuke them. After greifing a quickbuild i remind him not to greif so he says "they shouldn't have added a stranger." then he starts a role playing wedding, gets a bride and groom, and takes a snap shot and says. "haha now your going to get banned" He also may have banned the bride, of this i am not sure but i think that it should be known.
