OMG, every one is giving the mods such a hard time lately, like saying "OMG you're such a bad mod, why are you even mod?" They can't be on every single time of the day! They don't know whats going on, they have a life! And when they are online, they will try to help with what either they have to help with!!!

All mods deserve their rank. Well, most. Whether or not they put it to good use is the problem.

All mods definitely deserve their rank. That's why we have such a complex application process. It shows the best and the brightest from the rest, and that's why we believe they deserve their rank.

However, if you happen to find actual proof that a mod is deliberately avoiding their duties, and there's no real reason behind it, please don't hesitate to take that evidence to any member of the senior staff. Again, just another way we make the community the best it can be.

That's not the intention, but I'm sorry that you feel that way
My major point is that our goal as a community is to find the people that will represent the face of the community, and serve well as staff. That being said, there are tons of people that shine bright and show the greatness that this community is, but there are things to take into account that may stand as a policy barrier to getting a staff position. That's just the unfortunate case of it.

Mods are the backbone of the community. Without them there would be a lot of chaos and disorder. Mods do their job and they do it correctly and to their best of their ability.
