FOREST'S EDGE (Map Idea)

So, The map I thought out of is a Foresty (Normal Oak and Birch Trees) and Cliffy/Waterfall thingy map. It will consist of lots of lakes and cliffs in a very luch enviroment, Ihere should be no open spaces, making it very close range. I was wondering if I can join anyones voxelsniper server to help them make this. I just got 2 questions...
Do I need to download anything, because its a plugin, right?
How do I get permissions?
