Dashertheruler was caught by me greifing 456dragonslayer's plot!!!! He was breaking her house and puting water in it! Here's a pic of him holding the water!!!!

Griefing, unless they are griefing with a hacked client, is not banned from the server. It is the owner's responsibility to add only people they trust to their plots, and if they are griefed, it is their own mistake.
This is why I tell people to be very careful about who they add to their plot. You need to be careful. The more people you add to your plot, the more likely you are to get a griefer. I would recommend only adding close personal friends or no one at all, in my opinion.
