Were all chat colour commands except &a, &e and &c removed to platinum donors?

Some Chat Colours were removed because they could be confusing. Things like Staff Text Colour, and many other reasons prevent from using many of the Chat Colours. I don't know if they removed any others specific ones recently..

As Zacharoutio said they took some of the color codes out because some platinum donators were abusing them.
The available color codes are: &a, &c, &e, &9
