Being kicked for being low level?

I really enjoy these Hunger Game servers, but it OUTRAGES me when im waiting for the game to start and I'm kicked so a higher level can play. Like wtf? I've waited and waited for a HG to end and a new to start, and when i finally get in, I'm kicked. I really don't see why higher levels get more privledge than us lower levels. I'm sorry i don't make 4 person teams so i don't have much points. Clearly i should be punished. Might as well kick all the people who don't have a certain amont of money out of resteraunts and stores while we're at it.

No, higher rank means that the person is a donor, mod, etc ... It has nothing to do with a person's score
