I'm sure we've all seen them. People who would rather log out and take their stuff with them than give you the satisfaction of killing them and taking it, Battleloggers. It's a cowardly and spiteful tactic, and I know it's frowned upon by most members of the community, but I wonder what the official stance on it is. If any Moderators/admins/Sr.moderators/owners See this thread, could you perhaps inform me of the....legality of battelogging? Is it a banworthy offense? Does the staff really mind?


Also, If you are fond of battlelogging, I encourage you to be a good sport and *not* drag your nice things into the void with you, thanks ^_^

I hate that.
There's nothing worse than chasing some dude in iron armour around for ten minutes to have him log out before you can get your hands on it.

"Battlelogging" as you call it is most commonly known as "PVP Logging" and it means the same thing! We dont like it and we dont advise it but sometimes there is a legitimate reason. Maybe someone has to leave for dinner in a rush etc. We dont really like it and we try to stop it happening by letting people know about it but there is not alot we can do at the moment, it is the users choice...
