About the map:
This abandoned construction site was left because of the extreme amounts of pressure coming form under the surface which created massive spikes of land mass. It was going to be a very wealthy district of fancy skyscrapers, and unique parks. But that idea went down the drain because of the spikes, so it was abandoned.
