I go on the teamspeak, the first day a mod told me my name is too spammy, and to change it. I say "ok" I exit teamspeak then relog with a different name. Only to notice im banned for "Ignoring staff" the second day (Today) A mod pulls me in and says change your name, I said "Ok" exited ts, opened it changed my name, only to find I got banned for "Disobeying staff"

This is really starting to piss me off, and before you tell me to dispute it, it takes longer than a day for them to look at disputes. So that would be a waste of my time.
Also I am relatively new to teamspeak, so the only way I know how to change my name is to get off of ts and come back.

I think you can just double click on your name and change it.

You can also right click on your name in TeamSpeak, and click "Change Nickname". It's at the top of the drop-down bar. It's quite similar to renaming a file or folder on your computer.

And, you might want to contact a Senior Moderator about the Staff members banning you. From what you described, it really doesn't seem like you should have been banned, although I'm not sure about general procedures for staff concerning TeamSpeak.

As Mooclan said, you don't need to relog to change your name. Simply right-click your name, click "Change Nickname", and you may change it that way. Also, disputing a ban can also take it off your record, which means that you will be able to apply for moderator.
