spam reducing plugin?

it would be nice to limit spam, but a lot of them limit normal chat and it gets annoying

The previous filter for MCSG often warned/kicked people for no reason. If it could be perfected that would be nice.

In all seriousness, it's not a terrible idea. But that would basically remove the jobs of moderators.
