A few things
First of all, be patient. There are people who applied before you who haven't received answers yet.
Second of all, we don't like people being in other clans while they apply as it shows little dedication to the clan.

No, I don't think you got the point he was trying to make. If you are going to make a clan, at least try to spend some time with it, as we don't like to see people who will leave a clan just to join another one. Who says you won't leave the Rebels randomly for another clan?
