Dalt, most Phoenix players are constantly under pressure due to being targeted like crazy or being considered a 'hacker' by the community. Don't go on about your application being declined, simply follow Billa's instructions he told you to improve your skills and tactics so do that (he will notice). Plus be more cool and relaxed as a Phoenix member. It looks bad if you whinge and carry on plus, if your directly speaking to someone please inbox them rather then clogging up the thread.
