Should I do this or no?

My plan is to take 3 of my friends, 1 of them will be hidden in a bush, and video tape this amazing thing.

My friends and I come up to a random person and say "Hi, what's your name?" Once then answer we talk for a bit and then randomly take out a walkie-talkie and say "Target Aquired, MOVE OUT" We then run for our "lives" and have some kind of really loud explosion noise. We do this for 2 hours.... Yes or no?

Both. Yes it can be fun, but no it will scare the *inserts vulgar* out of some people. But I guess it's a good kind of "scare". So yes.
