Banned for hacking! WTF?

Hi, about 5 minutes ago I played my first sg game since a month or something...
About an hour before that I FORCED UPDATED my minecraft to uninstall unbeleiveble shaders mod, becuase I lagged with it, NO mods have been installed after this.
I played sg4 and had SO DAMN GOOD STUFF at the beginning, and for no reason when I was hunting a guy I got BANNED for hacking, A WEEK. Just before I got banned someone shot an arrow at me but missed, and I picked it up and shot it on him, and BAM 10 seconds later im banned.
The admins who where on the server said that the server had some problems, and I do agree that the anti-cheat plugins dosnt work so well.
In this video that I made, I play survival games and u see; NO HACKS!

I'm not a hacker so please pardon me...

Have you got proof that you weren't hacking?
Just 1 video won't say you weren't hacking. FYI.

Well if you have no proof to defend your statement I don't think they're gonna consider unbanning you.
