Beginning of summer:
I started playing at the beginning of summer. I had been looking for a good survival/hunger games server for a long time. I tried many servers, but I didn't enjoy the type that was most common where you could break blocks. I searched survival games on Youtube, and came up with a video of Antvenom playing sg1. After seeing this I decided to search for "minecraft survival games", and I found this website. I played my first game and I won!
Rest of the summer:
I kept playing on and off between my other servers. My nooby-ness didn't get one win for a very long time. I met a lot of people in game, but I didn't use Skype, ts, nor did I go on the forums, so I really "know" anyone. I stopped playing for a while when breeze island came out, because I hated it so much.
Fall:
When sg4 came out, I started playing again. I got quite a few of my friends to come to the server too. I got my first win in a lucky game of breeze island. After that, I started winning more. I used to think that people with 1000 points were really amazing, but some of the people I remember seeing as gods I have passed or caught up to in wins. I still didn't have Skype or anything, because my parents thought that it was unsafe. I was also worried that people wouldn't want to talk to me because I am younger then they are (I'm 13). I hated many new maps, and I only voted for sg4 or skipped until it came up. I hate myself for it now. In a game on Karmunrah, I met ReVeaZz. He taught me a lot and showed me his chest route. I started going on the forums and I met a lot of nice people. I joined he Elite Squad and started checking the forums all the time.
Winter:
I finally got Skype and ts, permitting me to be able to team and make friends with people. My wins boomed. I was getting on average 6 a day (which is small, but its good for me). Then the games started getting boring, so I decided to take a break. I tried a lot of different servers, but after about 2-3 weeks, I missed mcsg. I got 100 wins, but then the servers went downhill for me. Throughout January the only maps we played were the same, and the amount of hackers went up. Now, this is what gameplay is like for me:
