In case the last 4 posts haven't clarified, I think Nebulous disbanded. just a guess though.

Id seriously consider shrinking to 8 teams. 2 clans disbanded leaving about 5 open spots. I highly doubt you find that many more organized clans. Especially id suggest with double elimination have 8 really solid teams
