WEBSITE Where to report rule breakers?

I noticed today that there is no report abuse section on the forums which led me to realize that there doesn’t seem to be a standard procedure for reporting players. Where are community members supposed to go when they have evidence of players breaking the rules? I’m assuming most people go to staff help on discord, but since that’s a public channel it would be hard to report a lot of things there because it can start drama, and false or inconclusive reports can hurt people’s reputations if their actions are out in the public.

So what is the standard procedure?

I just asked about this, it's not on the forums yet.

I was told to go to discord to PM a Mod or higher (with evidence of course) and alert them about it.
