Quarter Quell Suggestion

This may already be a thing, but I think there should be a "GameMaker' Part played by the spectators.
What would happen is that lets say:
Theres a really stacked team of 2, and then a spectator decides they can spawn a few zombies on them. Or a fireball towards them, like the game makers would do in the movie. This would be a fun addition to the quarter quell that could help it differ from the actual games.
Just like sponsoring, it would cost points.

Well, adding onto what I already said:

Gamemakers could be easily abused. Whether it be a bunch of people spamming zombies on a YouTuber, or just trying to harm someone that they dislike. It's simply not a balanced feature that would be fair to the players.
