Freakin internal server error...

Sometimes when a game starts, and we get teleported to the map, people just die, and the chat says that we hit the ground too hard. Then when we try and respawn, it says "Internal Server Error". Not sure if this is a problem with Bukkit or the servers, but it is REALLY annoying.

First Think To do There Is Add MCSG to Server List again.
Than Try To Check Your Firewall settings
Do you Have any Security Programs Like Mcfee Norton
If you Have Try To Close Them Or Go To the settings of Security Program
GO to firewall and Try to Find Programs And Files
Than Check Minecraft off Because It Always Tries to check Minecrafts connection and If it finds A small error it gives The Error
But If You don't have a Security Program GO TO Windows Firewall setting
Find Programs
THen Check Off Minecraft from both of lines Restart Minecraft
All Didn't work
