First two not so much bugs just annoyances
Right close to the house on the centre island with the furnace there is a two by two hole you can fall in and not get out of.
Near that there is a lake near the edge of the glass wall near the edge of the world chest there is a lake you can fall in and all walls to get out are two blocks high so once ur in no way out.
Not specific server but on some servers when u reach the water behind the spawn building there is a small passageway that on some servers in open and some not even if u pull the leaver, this leads to if its not open a gap on the cliff above it if u fall down there's no way out.
I think iv seen this on here before but just in case sometimes on sevrers chests will have nothing in them and wont be refilled when the night refill comes.

I think the traps are part of the map, you have to be careful.

Chests being empty is also part of the game. There is a 10% chance of each specific slot in a chest to have an item in it. There is a chance that the chest will be empty.
