I use to use quake pro as well, but a while ago I made the switch down to 85-90. If you are thinking about switching be sure that you gradually go down. Dont just jump from quake pro to 85. You'll find it too hard to play, or even see. Good luck on the switch if you do!

No, the BetterPVP mod is not allowed. That mod has contents inside of it that we do not allow here such as a MiniMap, BetterSprint, and waypoint sets.
